I offer a selection of Yoga classes to suit different levels of experience. All my classes incorporate yoga flow (Vinyasa flow), smoothly transitioning from pose to pose, though this is very gentle for beginner classes.

Beginner Yoga Classes

Beginner classes are offered in 6 week cycles, though you can join a class at any point in the cycle. Classes are usually capped at 10 students ensuring lots of individual tuition. Please get in touch to find out more.

1:1 Yoga Classes

Private one-to-one yoga classes are an ideal way to expand your own personal yoga practice and develop your understanding. We’ll work together, focusing on developing confidence, strength and ease in a class tailored just for your needs.


If you’re new to Yoga you might have a lot of questions or concerns about starting something that has so far been unfamiliar to you. I assure you that most yoga classes are very welcoming and inclusive, we all remember the first steps on our yoga journey and how worried we felt. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about Yoga so please do get in touch. Yoga Postures (Asanas)

All classes will look at the yoga postures (asanas), ensuring that you master the basics of each posture before progressing your practice.


Breath work is a fundamental part of Yoga. You'll learn how to manage your breath so that you are able to time them with each movement, promoting overall wellbeing.


All classes end with a brief guided meditation set to a backdrop of relaxing music to help you unwind and manage any feelings of stress.
