Full Moon Yoga & Wreath Making Workshop

£65, Sunday 13th October, 11:00 to 17:00 at Elsenham Golf Club

About the Workshop

October’s full moon is sometimes referred to as the hunter’s moon and is particularly bright and long in the sky.

Inspired by the beauty of the full moon, Learn to Love Yoga and Violets & Velvet Bespoke Floristry are joining up to bring you a workshop of yoga and wreath making so that you can energise with vinyasa yoga, awaken your inner creative with wreath making and recharge with a special yoga nidra.

The workshop will take place between 11am and 5pm with a break for lunch and plenty of snacks and teas (we love a good cup of tea) and features an amazing 2 hour floristry workshop.

We’d love you to join us, so if this sounds right up your street please book in! (Spaces are limited so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment).

About the Workshop

Our workshop will begin at 11:00am and run until approximately 17:00pm. See below for a rough outline of the day’s activities.

ARRIVAL: Tea / Coffee as make our introductions and get settled into place on our yoga mats.

MORNING YOGA: Vinyasa flow (75 minutes)

LUNCH: Yogis are invited to bring a packed lunch or make use of the onsite cafe and bar.

WREATH MAKING: 2 hour professional floristry workshop

YOGA NIDRA: 30 minute yoga flow followed by 75 minute guided relaxation

Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Lead by Amber, we’ll begin the day with a rejuvenating morning vinyasa flow yoga class. You can use this time to reflect on the year so far and dedicate some time for yourself.

The yoga will be suitable for all levels as we work through postures to stretch, strengthen and release tension, flowing from one pose to the next. Finishing with a guided relaxation which will last approximately 15 minutes.

We’ll complete our day with a guided yoga nidra session. The practice of yoga nidra starts with a personal intention. So while it truly depends on the intention, yoga nidra will help you rest, restore, de-stress, increase awareness, and undo bad habits. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to three hours of normal sleep. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and calmed.
